I am writing with a heavy heart to express my sincere apologies for being unable to see you off at the airport this Saturday as we had previously arranged. Regrettably, an unforeseen circumstance has arisen that requires my immediate attention, leaving me unable to change my schedule and join you for your departure. It is truly a disappointment for me, as I had been looking forward to spending those final moments with you, reflecting on our wonderful times together and bidding you a proper farewell. Please know that my thoughts and wishes for a safe and pleasant journey back to the UK are with you every step of the way.
